"....splat.....splat...." Loud, wet footsteps echoed throughout the streets of London, the faint sputter of rain doing nothing to drown out the sound. The cause of such sounds could only be impending from a lean, thin girl, covered in a bright purple raincoat. Her glove clad hands raised to tug at the hood of the jacket, pulling it up and over her crimson red hair, nose ring winking at the buildings under a street light. The girl suddenly stopped, and peered around the dark area. For a brief second, she thought she felt a presence in the general area. Not the 'ah crap this place is crowded' feeling but the one you get when you have to turn off the lights when you go to bed. That little nagging feeling that a monster is going to eat you right then. Of course, Raine has very much experienced that feeling, and most of the time, the monster does try to eat you.
"Brilliant." Raine mumbled, patting her pockets for the little tiny seraph dagger she kept on her at all times. She was dismayed that it was missing, then chucked lightly when she remembered she put it in her boot. Stopping momentarily from her quick pace, the redhead reached down into her boot, and, drew the shining dagger from the black combat boots.
